Shipping costs are displayed at the checkout phase of the ordering process and added into the total cost prior to completing the checkout procedure. Estimates for shipping are also available within the shopping cart page, requiring the user to enter the destination country and post code and clicking the update button.
In order to prevent fraudulent credit card use Wellies Online require the credit card billing address to be supplied at point of purchase. Wellies Online gives you the opportunity to specify a separate shipping address, if required.
Subject to payment, Wellies Online accepts responsibility for property and risk in the goods until delivery of the goods to your nominated shipping address.
All orders are dispatched Mon-Fri. Wellies Online ships goods within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Time taken due to bank transfers may vary.
Wellies online will despatch your boots the SAME DAY providing we have received payment and your order has been placed before 11:30am of that day.
Your parcels is registered and trackable by us. All items/sizes on site are in stock. However in the event of your size not being available, please email us for advice regarding a backorder.
In the event of the item being incidentally out of stock, despatch may be delayed. If this occurs, we will advise you by email .
We constantly strive to achieve best practice and as such have chosen to align ourselves with Australia Post. Once an order is dispatched from our premises we are not responsible for any delivery delays. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided to Wellies Online via the Wellies Online website. Wellies Online is not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided.
All delivery times/dates provided are estimates only and are at the discretion of the Australia Post.
Wellies Online registers all postage to minimize lost parcels. Replacement items for orders lost in the mail are at Wellies Online’s discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Wellies Online will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
