Are there any outlets where I can look at your products?
We don’t have a show room, it’s just a dispatch team. However, if you were to read about boot and order online, you can select the FREE PICK UP from our warehouse in Breakwater Victoria 3219, save postage and when you get there, try them on or swap for something else. By following the measurement guide for each boot, you probably won’t order an incorrect size. We will process it on the spot (exchange or refund.) You must call in between 12.midday- 2.00pm on a weekday. Our warehouse is located at 4/ 30 Leather street Breakwater.

Wellies Online is Australian owned and based in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Wellies online will despatch your boots the SAME DAY providing we have received payment and your order has been placed before 12.00pm of that day.

The following transit times are estimated by Australia Post. Please note Wellies Online can not guarantee Australia Post performance.

Your parcels is registered and trackable by us. All items/sizes on site are in stock. However in the event of your size not being available, please email us for advice regarding a backorder.
In the event of the item being incidentally out of stock, despatch may be delayed. If this occurs, we will advise you by email immediately.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are displayed at the checkout phase of the ordering process and added into the total cost prior to completing the checkout procedure. Estimates for shipping are also available within the shopping cart page, requiring the user to enter the destination country and post code and clicking the update button.

How do I choose the correct size?
Wellies online provides  Euro, Aust. sizes and measurements for each individual boot. You can also view our Sizes page.
How do I order and pay?
Wellies online accepts Visa and master card, via Eway which is a secure merchant internet banking facility. Paypal and direct bank transfer are also available at the check out. We can take phone orders provided they are made between 10.00am and 1.00pm Monday to Friday.

My payment won't go through, what's wrong?
The majority of transactions will not encounter any difficulties. However if your payment doesn’t go through smoothly, the most common reasons include:
  • The web browser being used does not have cookies enabled.
  • The credit card being used does not have the international transactions facility enabled.
  • The payment system has timed out. The system will cut off your payment connection if it has been idle for one hour.
  • Some potential solutions include:
    • Enable cookies in your browser (this setting is usually found in the browser options).
    • Contact your bank to ensure international transactions are enabled for your credit card.
    • Go to the view cart section again to reinitiate the payment process.
    • Try another credit card, it sounds obvious but it sometimes does the trick.
    • Try another computer, this also sounds really obvious but sometimes the security settings on a computer system can prevent the successful completion of a transaction.
