Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

I am really disappointed with the quality of the penny gumboots. There is absolutely no sole or heel counter support at all for my daughter's shoe. I expected much more.
