Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
It took me a day to get used to them, a bit heavy but I like them for walking my dog in the rain & on wet grass.

Great boots
Perfect boots for working in the garden. The insole is comfortable and the material around the ankle is flexible enough to allow it to bend easily when digging or crouching.

I had been struggling to find another pair of boots to replace my old pair which finally gave out after 6 years. I ordered them at 8.30am on a Wednesday morning and received them 7.30am Thursday morning! Could not ask for better or quicker service than that!
