    Wellies Online is online only. Orders can only be placed via this website. We don’t have a show room where you cann try on and look at products, it’s just a dispatch team. You can select the 'pick up' option during checkout if you would prefer to collect your order from our Breakwater warehouse. Then once your order has been picked, you will receive an email stating your order is ready. You can then collect your order between 10am-12pm weekdays. Our warehouse is located at 4/30 Leather St, Breakwater VIC 3219.

    Next day delivery all capital cities, regional areas except remote. 
    Please note: Wellies Online cannot guarantee Australia Post transit times and has no recourse with Australia Post for delayed parcels, meaning if your parcel is delayed in transit Australia Post does not refund the shipping cost to Wellies Online.

    Melbourne metro - 1- 2 working days.

    Victoria regions - 2- 3 working days. 

    Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide metro areas - 2- 3 working days.

    Brisbane and  TAS, NSW, QLD, SA regional areas -  3 - 7 working days.

    Darwin, Perth, WA,  -  7 working days.

    Remote WA, QLD, NT, up to 12 working days.

    Please note: These are estimates to provide a general timeframe for your reference. For an accurate time please use the Australia Post Postage Calculator and enter 'from' 3220 Geelong 'to' YOUR POSTCODE.

    Your parcels is registered and trackable by us. All items/sizes on site are in stock. However in the event of your size not being available, please email us for advice regarding a backorder.
    In the event of the item being incidentally out of stock, despatch may be delayed. If this occurs, we will advise you by email immediately.

    Shipping costs are displayed at the checkout phase of the ordering process and added into the total cost prior to completing the checkout procedure. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and destination. The rates are discounted and passed on the discounted amount charged by the selected carrier (ie Australia Post eParcel).

    All orders are sent with signature on delivery required. If you would like to request 'authority to leave', you can do so at the Australia Post tracking link sent to you on dispatch of your order. Please note Wellies Online does not accept responsibility for parcels that are delivered without signature and then become missing.

    Wellies online provides insole measurements for each individual boot. It’s easy.

    Measure your foot length.

    Remember to add between 1.0cm to allow for socks and toe movement.

    Match your measurement to the insole lengths on our the boots size chart.

    When relevant, (adult tall boots), check our calf measurements.

    Then choose your size.
