Wellies Online care about your sizing. We provide internal measurements for foot length of insole and calf and every boot has it’s individual size chart. Please be guided by our measurements, to ensure correct sizing. Our recommendation, measure, measure, measure!
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
Without limiting your rights under Australian consumer law:
- If there is a major fault or issue with our product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement at our discretion; and
- If the problem is minor, you are entitled to a replacement or a gift voucher
We are unable to provide a refund for change of mind or taste preference after we have processed your payment.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no handling charges for return
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the returns form and click 'Return Items'
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- PLEASE TAKE NOTE: No credit is given for lost return packages. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
How soon will I get my credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
- If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied with an email notification sent to you, within 3 business days.
- The credit notification will contain your credit code which can be used during checkout when you order your exchange item/s
