Storage
Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
Treat rubber boots regularly with a silicon rubber conditioner.
Removing your boots by using your alternate foot to push the other boot off, may result in heel splitting.
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

Ordered these planning ahead for winter. They arrived within 2 days which was incredible! It was a boiling hot 39 degree day but I couldn’t wait to try them on. They were so comfortable instantly I didn’t want to take them off. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and weak ankles that roll, so these shows have the snug but light boot feel with nice flexibility feels like heaven. Comfy instantly without needing to be broken in. Haven’t worn them yet for extended periods but am confident they won’t rub or cause discomfort thanks to the lining. Highly recommend. I did give them a spray with some extra water sealant but not sure how necessary that was as it seemed to bead on it anyway suggesting a good water resistance already. I ordered my normal size and they fit beautifully. Unless your planning on extra thick socks I wouldn’t see why anyone would need to size up, they a roomy in a good, snug way
