Storage
Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
Treat rubber boots regularly with a silicon rubber conditioner.
Removing your boots by using your alternate foot to push the other boot off, may result in heel splitting.
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

I researched for some time before selecting these boots, having never really needed waterproof workwear before. I have a very steep landscaping project with a lot of rock & clay. These boots are great! Super comfortable, have great grip, are easy to put on/off and carry around with the handles! They easily take my custom orthotics, are warm & roomy around the toes. They do not gape - so dirt, twigs etc cant easily fall in, yet I can wear with jeans tucked in or bared legged depending on the weather. I highly recommend as fit for purpose to anyone tired of ruining other ‘good' shoes in the garden.

Just the best!!!
These are my second pair and I really couldn’t be without them in this endless rain. All other gum boots are uncomfortable largely due to my broad feet. I also like that they are so lite but still extremely sturdy.
