Storage
Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
Treat rubber boots regularly with a silicon rubber conditioner.
Removing your boots by using your alternate foot to push the other boot off, may result in heel splitting.
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

Sturdy high quality boots that I’ll have for years to come. Easy on easy off, and extremely warm and comfortable. I chose the wide calf to accommodate ski pants so I can swap out ski boots for trudging about. Accommodates pants well. Grip is excellent in slippery yard - carting compost or chopping wood - all good.
Wellies’ service was lightening fast and without complication, which is becoming a rarity!

Not as described
These are not wide calf boots. The edge suctions onto my calf and makes it very difficult to get them off. I ordered a size up so that I could wear socks - and I can not wear socks with these boots. Finally - when an instruction is added that levering the heel of the boot to remove them is not advised as it may reduce the lifespan of the boot please include reference to a safe removal method - or is that just your get out of jail free card? They are very good quality but they are barely suitable.

These gumboots are amazingly comfortable and keep my cold-prone feet super warm. They are true to size, have excellent grip on slippery ground, and appear very well made and durable. I don’t want to take them off! I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again when the time comes for a new pair.
