Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

These wellies are amazing! On my recent mini break I took my waterproof hiking shoes and these wellies, but after wearing the hiking shoes all day on the first day my toes were sore so I ended up wearing my wellies for the rest of the trip! They kept my feet so warm, dry and comfortable. The fleece is so soft and the outside isn’t stiff like some I’ve had in the past so there was no cutting into my shins. I have since recommended these to my sister for Sunday footy mornings, and will be sending my best friend in Melbourne a pair for Christmas.

I haven't worn these myself, but my best friend who I bought them for is belated. She says the size s accurate and the boots are extremely comfortable. She has been out herding sheep and no blisters or anything.

I ordered these boots just before 17:00 one day, they were sent the next and arrived before 11:00 the day after that. Had I ordered before 11:30, I am sure it would have arrived within 24 hours!
I was very thankful for this as I really wanted my boots fast thanks to the unpredictable weather in Victoria.
The boots look exactly as they do in the photos. They are also super comfortable and definitely warm and cosy on the inside.
My only issue is the insole seems to move around while wearing them, but they are still well worth the money. I am glad I bought these ones over several others I was considering.
The fit is also very true to size, so measure your foot and calf accurately to ensure you have the best fit. Mine are a size 8.

Best winter purchase! So comfy and cosy. Very easy to slip on. Been great for rainy nature adventures and also find myself wearing them everywhere else! Would definitely recommend.

I live in Qld and ordered these for gardening and outdoor rain wear. Have owned them for couple of weeks so the review is based on only a few hours of wear.
The boots are great quality. However they do get a bit warm with the fleece lining so if you sweat then be mindful of this.
