Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

The last pair of gum boots I bought were the 5 th pair I have bought from you ,they are for my daughter ,she loves them and is comfortable .I have 3 pairs all different and my friend has a pair .I live in Tasmania on a small farm with a stream on my property where I spend considerable time observing platypus and keeping the stream clear of debris so gumboots are part of my everyday footwear .I am so comfortable and dry in them and they are easy to get on and off the best I have ever worn Thankyou cheers Dee
