  • Storage
    • Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
    • Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
    • Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
    • Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
    Care
    • Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
    • Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
    • Treat rubber boots regularly with a silicon rubber conditioner.
    • Removing your boots by using your alternate foot to push the other boot off, may result in heel splitting.
  • Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
    1. Fit related problems.
    2. Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
    3. Lack of maintenance.
    4. Normal wear and tear.

Good Service with Returns

I ordered wellies for my mother and unfortunately (she's elderly and very short) the style made it very hard for her to remove them without hurting her feet. So we returned them and settled on a more suitable design. There was no fuss about returning the boots and getting a credit for the replacement shoes. She now has her new wellies and is very happy.
