Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

Fit related problems.
Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
I've only worn these boots once as it's summer time but they are very comfy and stylish. I could easily wear them out as they're ankle boots and look like patent leather . Looking forward to wearing them next Autumn/Winter
