Storage
Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
Treat rubber boots regularly with a silicon rubber conditioner.
Removing your boots by using your alternate foot to push the other boot off, may result in heel splitting.
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

Fit related problems.
Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
Lack of maintenance.
Normal wear and tear.

Love them
They were tight to put on at first but have noticed after about half a dozen wears they are easier to get on & off. I am a Size 61/2 Aus & purchased Size 7. Very quick dispatch as well. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, but boot very hard to get on/off
I cannot fault the customer service - communication was prompt, courteous and helpful, postage was quick - however this boot was so hard to get on and off that it didn’t matter that once on it was a comfy fit for my wide feet. A shame as otherwise they were great, but I returned them as I knew they just wouldn’t get worn (and looking at their construction it didn’t appear they’d loosen up over time).
If you’re looking for a boot that’s snug around the ankle, and you will always have somewhere to sit to get these on/off, these may be for you.

Wellies on Line
The boots arrived promptly and in good condition. They look great. While hard to put on and take off, once on are very comfortable and ideal for gardening and watering the plants. I hope that after use foot entry and exit will be easier.
