Storage
Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
Treat rubber boots regularly with a silicon rubber conditioner.
Removing your boots by using your alternate foot to push the other boot off, may result in heel splitting.
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

Beautiful looking boots as seen on site. I purchased the wrong size and exchange was simple and easy! I still haven’t used the boots out side because of Covid and soccer cancelled as this was the main reason I purchased boots to keep my feet dry and warm when I do the soccer runs with a kids. Will come back to review how they travel when it starts again. Though I’ve bought a few boots from this company and quality is always great 👍 keep it up!

SO COMFORTABLE

These boots are simply amazing!! The lining is so soft and warm and super comfortable to walk around in. I have not used in the snow yet but can't wait to! You will not regret purchasing these. True to size - I am normally AU 12 (wide) and they fit me perfectly (any of you ladies with size 12s know it can be a miracle to find feminine style boots!). Shipping was super quick too :)
