Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

I wore my brand new Wellies to Splendour in the Grass 2022. Even though they were brand new, they didn’t hurt my feet one bit and I wore them all day everyday for the whole festival. This boot is a great boot for people who want their feet to stay dry and warm whilst outdoors. I do a lot of walking and wanted something a bit more stylish than a normal wellington boot. This delivers in style, comfort, warmth and it is very lightweight so doesn't make walking cumbersome. The only slight negative is the sizing. As I could only purchase these online, I measured my foot several times. As I am in between sizes (AUS 7.5), I was advised to go up to the next size. I am finding the size 8 to be a bit big and need extra thick socks to fill the gap. Maybe had I the opportunity to try them on, the size 7 may have been sufficient.
