Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

12 Month Warranty
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

I am recovering from a hip replacement and needed boots to give grip and stability when on uneven ground in the garden as well as being waterproof. They are excellent. I have only tried in cool weather so can't comment on summer conditions but my feet have been dry in spite of being in rubber boots. Very happy.

These boots arrived very quickly.
I order a size smaller than usual and they are snug but not tight.
Being quite stiff means they aren't easy to slip on and off but they look really good and have already passed the test of some muddy puddle jumping with flying colours.
The neoprene lining is very comfy.

These are great shoes - I’m sure they’ll last a long time and they look good too! Take note of the size guide though - I found these are a little larger than other brands. The customer service at Wellies online is also amazing!
