Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

12 Month Warranty
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

The boots arrived well packed and there was good communication till delivery. The looked as good as in the pictures. My 2 y/o son was delighted to receive them. It has been about 2 weeks since receiving them and he refuses to get out of them.

I bought these gumboots for my 7 year old daughter who absolutely adores reptiles. She loves the design on these and the baby blue colour makes them a unisex style (in my opinion). The pictures on them are gorgeous. I was also very impressed with the quality of these boots and I do believe they will hold up very well in comparison to the $10 big w ones I was replacing that didn't even make it through winter. I am imagining she will outgrow these boots before she outwears them - I certainlyhope so. On that note, the sizing is quite big in comparison to other children's shoes. I wanted these slightly big so ordered them a bit bigger than her usual shoe measurements however I wish I didn't, they still would have been quite large even in her current size - this was my only disappointment. I could have exchanged them however she couldn't wait to wear them so we decided to keep them anyway.

Everything was delivered in a timely fashion and the boots are great quality but they are a very heavy boot in a size 4 to fit a one year old.
