Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

12 Month Warranty
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

I like the quality of the boot but sadly they are too small for the size. Sold as a size Europe 39 but closer to a 38.

The service was really fast and so easy to order with Apple Pay. The boots were exactly as described and the recommendation to go one size up as they’re a small fit was perfect. Bought some boots for my daughter which weren’t quite right size so needed to return them. Ended up with a slightly different style but so much better fitting boot. Return process was easy. Was registered as a credit & once they received the return we were able to order the replacements to come straight away. Swap over was fast and efficient & streamlined online. 13 yo loves the style, print & height of boots.

Went up one size as per previous reviews. Wasn’t quite right for me, apparently I have a high foot lol. Two sizes up was perfect. Love the boots, look good and great quality 😊

These boots are very comfortable and a joy to wear. It took a few weeks to break them in. I purchased a larger size and that has worked out ver y well.

I haven't owned a pair of gumboots in about 35 years, and I had no idea they had reached this level of comfort! Neoprene instead of rubber...decent cushioning underfoot – I'm super pleased with my boots, which also arrived super quickly! I read reviews and as a result I did size up one size. Because my feet are quite wide and my calves fairly muscly, and these boots are fairly narrow, I could even have gone up 2 sizes for thicker socks and effortless boot removal. BUT that said, these are very comfortable boots. I'm loving them for my early morning dog walks in dewy parks. I recommend!

My boots arrived only two days after ordering. I’ve already christened them by mowing grass and weeding my vegetable and herb patch. Agree with going up a size. They are also smart enough to walk the dog with.

Quick delivery and great customer service. My running shoes size US9-UK7 (with a thick cotton socks), I order size 10 (never have shoes this size before :) and it feels right for the boots this type, good to have a little space at the front of you foot, not too big and I can wear wool socks. A little narrow at the ankle, but should help to keep you foot in the place when you walking, if you have a big calf muscle could be a little tight.

Disappointed with delivery time... same day dispatch didn't equate to a quick delivery. Ordered on the 4th Jul - delivered on the 8th.

Subtle design, look good, better insulated and made of more durable material than other types of gum boots.

After ordering a size too small (I usually wear a 39 but couldn't get my foot in the boot) my size 40 arrived and I'm very happy. If you have a wide foot, you may have difficulty with this style as it seems to have quite a narrow ankle. There was no issue with the return and re-order. It did cost me an extra $30 in total postage so try to get your size right the first time. I read the reviews too late.
