Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.
Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

Fast & efficient service/delivery. Great looking boots but sadly not my size. Absolutely loved the colour! Size 6 is generous size (more like a 6.5 in length). Unfortunately they had to returned. The team at Wellies were fantastic at servicing my return.

I love Bogs and have bought from Welles online several pairs. I bought the Quinn slip on slate grey a while back so this time purchased the ruby when they went on special. I do only normally wear a size 37 and have found with all gumboots it is more comfortable to go up a size or 2 so I can wear them with socks and thick tights. The Quinn are no exception and my 39 size are simply perfect. If in doubt call the store as their customer service is excellent. Give them your foot length, width and even ankle circumference if concerned. You will be happy you did and getting the right fit for these great boots will make the purchase a happy one.
