Was really pleased with the service I had from Wellies Online. Their user-friendly website enabled me to order without a problem. Normally I would never buy footwear online because I’d be concerned the product wouldn’t fit. However, Wellies Online provided guidance on foot measurement and my gumboots fitted perfectly when they arrived. Delivery was excellent and my new boots arrived promptly according to the tracking information I received. From memory, my boots arrived about 4-5 days after ordering. Wore them for the first time a couple of days ago and they were as promised, completely waterproof. They were easy to clean too - just banged mud from the tread, hosed the exterior bottom of each boot then wiped them down with a damp cloth.

Well made but expensive and sizing is off. I measured my foot carefully, following the instructions on the website, and still the size was wrong.

12
