Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

Great service from Wellies Online though delivery by Aust Post took 8 days - worth the wait though. I love these waterproof boots - perfect for early morning walks, hikes and dog park visits with my dog - no more wet feet! The fit was a bit snug to begin with but after a couple of wears they are very comfortable now.

Love these waterproof shoes and they are all that I had hoped for! Easy to pop on and off and TOTALLY waterproof - great for around our area which is very damp, wet, and muddy. I was a bit nervous as I have wide feet and would normally NEVER buy shoes online but I thought I would give it a go as I didn't know how I could get these otherwise. I am a women's size 9 D fitting! They were a little tight for the first few days but to my delight they do 'give' a little and I can comfortably walk for over an hour each morning. I am very happy with them. I am giving them a 4 star not 5 as I really would still have loved these to be available in that slightly wider fitting.

I bought these for my work as a nurse...love that they are waterproof and the sole is so comfortable, which is important as I’m on my feet all day. They are true to size, don’t buy one size above as I did, but I wear them with some thick socks so no problem

I must say that I was a bit apprehensive about buying boots on line, particularly after having foot surgery. However they are fantastic. Soft and so comfortable yet really sturdy. They slip on easily and even take my orthotics. Very satisfied with my purchase. Would certainly recommend them. Received very good advice before I placed my order.

My Sauvie boots/shoes arrived on Monday & I am very pleased with them. Your advice seems to be spot on as they fit really well, are comfortable, light & stable. The shaped inner sole & the cushioning are very good too. They even have a steel shank, which I'd forgotten was on the list of things my foot specialists said I should look for in a shoe. I often have difficulty finding ordinary shoes to fit the front of my foot without the heel slipping. The Sauvie shoes are great there too. I wore them yesterday & on Monday afternoon to do a bit of line trimming & they made it much easier than I expected. Thanks very much.
