Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

12 Month Warranty
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

We now have 3 pairs in 3 different sizes for our growing toddler and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! So soft and flexible with a lovely lining, Never gets sweaty or smelly. My toddler now refuses to wear any other shoes (even at the shopping center!)

Hi - I bought Size 2 wellies, thinking they were for a small size 2, but didn't realise that they were the bigger shoe size! I will send through for an exchange, but sadly it was a gift so it's become a bit awkward. The person requesting the item also thought it was for a 2 year old, so perhaps highlight or making note about the difference between the two Size 2?

Nice wellies, would buy again. I'd give 5 stars if I knew that the material lining the inside was biodegradable, but I'm not sure. I like that these are natural rubber (though again, I doubt it's 100%. Happy to be proven wrong here!).
