Storage
- Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
- Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
- Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
- Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
- Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
- Treat rubber boots regularly with coconut oil.

Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character. Please note we cannot be responsible for :
- Fit related problems.
- Incidental damage, such as holes, rips and sustained seam wear,which not as a consequence of manufacturing.
- Lack of maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear.

Hello! We bought Wellie's long red gumboots for our mum on her new farm. She absolutely loves them and is raving about how comfortable they are! I did note in other reviews that the sizing's quite small so we bought mum a Size 12 when she's usually a 10 and the 12 fits perfectly. We chose this size based on Wellie's actual foot size measurements (not boot size). And the foot size was perfect. So very happy with this purchase and will buy again! Thanks.

Just love these red boots! I usually wear size 42 in boots but after reading reviews online I bought the 43 which I feel are too large. I’ve now ordered the 42 also so I can compare the sizes. Can’t wait to make the final decision so I can start wearing them.....even when it’s not raining.

My Tacoma boots are flexible and comfortable. I am a euro 38 but bought the 41 as was advised. They should be just right with some thick winter socks.

Lovely boot but difficult to put and tight around the calf not possible to wear skinny leg jeans with boot. Had to go up a size to get boot on but calf size the same. Was fine with leggings but a bit cold.
I’m a size 10 in clothes had have normal calves.

I am always nervous about purchasing on line, I like to touch it / feel it / try it on. I found the sizing advice easy to understand, and when I pulled the boots on, spot on. I ordered on Saturday morning and was pulling my new red boots on Monday evening! ( no I am not next door, only abt 1000ks away) The boots are super comfortable, flexible and stylish.

I would just like to say that I'm in love with my new red tacoma gumboots,they are so comfortable and easy to walk in,the only issue I have is that now I want a pair in the blue and black as well,lol.

Bought these as a gift for mum but I did try them on myself to see what they were like, they are very comfortable like a normal boot and love them in the red
