Storage
Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
Treat rubber boots regularly with a silicon rubber conditioner.
Removing your boots by using your alternate foot to push the other boot off, may result in heel splitting.
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

Amazing Boots!
I am totally in love with my Tacoma Black Gumboots which I wear daily. They are true to size and you still have enough room for a thick pair of socks. I have NEVER worn such warm and comfortable gumboots.
I wear them daily to the horse paddock, attend to my chickens and even walk my puppy to the dam. The strangest place was when I wore them to a friends house for dinner and left them at the front door. My hot tip to other purcharses.......buy them a size bigger. For example, I am a size 9 shoe, I bought the size 10 so I could wear a thick sock for extra warmth. Thank goodness this was a winner purchase - highly recommend this brand and style :)

Perfect fit!
Love this product! They are a perfect fit with socks and very comfortable. No rubbing against heal and sole is comfortable over uneven ground. Love the neoprene at the top of the boot - makes for flexible fit and doesn't' rub calves when walking. The handles work as well as they look too - very easy to get on and off. Would highly recommend this boot.
