Storage
Store your rubber boots in a cool, non heated environment (not in a heated wardrobe).
Avoid storing or drying boots near sources of artificial heat as the rubber will deteriorate or buckle.
Prolonged exposure to direct sun light will cause the rubber to become dry, brittle and cracking will occur as the rubber perishes.
Do not leave your rubber gumboots outside for a prolonged period of time.
Care
Rinse boots after use using mild detergent.
Use of solvents will penetrate the silicon coating of rubber.
Treat rubber boots regularly with a silicon rubber conditioner.
Removing your boots by using your alternate foot to push the other boot off, may result in heel splitting.
Our warranty covers defective workmanship causing leakage in waterproof products. Gumboots are handcrafted, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. Each gumboot is unique and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add to its character.

New wellies
Love my boots except they are a little too wide for my thin foot. You can’t predict this when purchasing online. They serve the purpose for which I acquired them(walking my dog through muddy paddocks). I wear this socks to fill the space. All good.

Love, love, love these boots!
Easy to put on and take off. Really comfortable to wear and they look great. I live on a farm and I've had lots of ankle gumboots over the years, and these are by far the best.
