Toddlers enjoy outdoor play, particularly splashing in water, no matter what the season.
Whilst parents acknowledge the need for shoes that support healthy foot development, this also applies to gumboots.
Here’s what we recommend for toddler gumboots during this early stages of walking.
- Flexible Soles: Toddlers need the flexibility of a softer sole to enable them to walk with the same ease of walking in their shoes. Hard, stiff soles do not allow little feet to navigate uneven surfaces.
- A safe tread: a non slip tread will ensure your child’s confidence in every step they take.
- Ankle support: reinforcement for ankles is important.
- Soft supple upper: Toddlers can easily run, jump and splash in a boot that allows movement.
